We accept cash or check. Please make checks payable to Ann Michele. Payment is due during first visit, a $10 late payment fee will be charged on any unpaid accounts.
For cancellations please call no later than 9am on day of scheduled visit. A cancellations fee of the rate of one visit will be applied if service is not properly cancelled.
Visits are scheduled on a first come first serve basis and book up quickly. Advance notice would be ideal but we understand that unforeseen circumstances pop up and do try to work with you.
There is a $4 charge for key pickup and return for visits. If you would like to sign up for our complimentary safe key, we retain one set of keys in our safe for future visit, we will not need to charge for key pick up and return services. Or we recommend installing a coded lock box which easily fit onto doors or railings make and make storing keys easy.
